A selection of accommodation options has been secured within easy walking distance of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre by the Conference Office. Booking through the registration system will offer you the following benefits:

Accommodation is held from Tuesday 29 October to Saturday 2 November 2024. If you require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the 'Special Requirements' section. The Conference Office will contact the hotel direct and advise you of availability.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to availability.

A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking. Please note the Parmelia Hilton Perth may charge one night's deposit to your credit card provided at the time of booking.

If you wish to pay for your accommodation in advance by credit card or bank transfer, please note this request in the ’Special Requirements’ section and the Conference Office will be in contact to finalise the payment with you.

You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses direct with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note the Adina Apartment Hotel Perth and Rendezvous Studio Hotel Perth Central require full pre-payment upon arrival.

Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 1500hrs. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 1800hrs please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.

Please review the booking terms for your preferred hotel for penalties that will apply should you cancel or reduce your stay (by one or more nights) or fail to arrive at the hotel on the designated day of arrival (no-shows). To make any changes or to cancel your booking, please contact the Conference Office by email – NOT direct with the hotel. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will hotels accept any changes direct.

Cancellation policy: The hotel may charge one night's deposit to your credit card provided at the time of booking. Cancellations received between 29–15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation rate. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full length of stay.

Cancellations received between 7–0 days from arrival or non-arrival at the hotel (no show) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the entire length of stay.
