Early Career Lawyers' Workshop

The 2026 Conference is committed to providing Early Career Lawyers with full access to all Conference sessions. Accordingly, there will not be a dedicated Early Career Lawyers’ stream within the program. Instead, join us on Tuesday 20 October for a hands-on in-court workshop designed for early career lawyers. Guided by judges, counsel, and senior practitioners, this session will take you through the essentials of preparing for and running an interim hearing—perfect for practitioners keen to build their advocacy confidence and skills.

Attendance is exclusive to delegates registered as Early Career Lawyers, defined as legal practitioners admitted on or after January 2019.

Places at this workshop will be strictly limited so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Registrations will open in late 2026 and registered Early Career Lawyers will be notified by email when bookings are availlable.
